We have carefully taken account of the opportunities of the local area with our proposal by enhancing biodiversity and promoting community wellbeing and inclusion whilst responding to the growing need for high quality new homes.
We are providing a range of new homes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Our proposal will deliver a mix of housing proportionate with the needs of the Parish and as identified in the Lewes District Housing Needs Assessment (2023) and Wivelsfield Parish’s Housing Need Survey Report published on 3rd April 2025.
